Structure of a CDC

The Community Development Council is managed by a Council comprising the Mayor and members. The Council has between 12 to 80 members. The Council is appointed by the People's Association Chairman or Deputy Chairman. The Community Development Council is governed by the Community Development Council Rules 1997.
