North East Community Toy library is where fun, creativity and play are valued and promoted. To support play time and bonding for parents and their toddlers, educational toys are curated and placed at these Toy Library locations within the district. Parents also get to mingle and meet with other families when they visit these Toy Libraries. The library enhances the total developmental aspects of a child naturally since play is a child’s first motivation to learn.

The North East Toy Library provides families with young children aged seven and under a safe space to play and bond. Each of the 15 Toy Libraries around the North East District contains a variety of educational toys such as building blocks, miniature kitchens and train sets.
